The previous owners threw trash into the creek and buried a heap of trash right on top of the source of the spring. Perhaps they were trying to cork up that pesky flow of water. My family spent MANY hours digging all of the trash out and bagging it for proper disposal, prior to us being run away from our property by the corruption. (When a person pays a tax bill for a property, they naturally expect that it is theirs. Oops!)

Oops..paid too much into escrow, and it's going to take some time to get it back! Maybe I will get it faster if I sign over the real estate?

The outside of the courthouse. I have been told that there are Good Masons out there. These aren't them. I'd like to know where the Good ones are - maybe they should have the naughty ones "ejectment"-ed (Begley talk) from the club.
The Masonic courthouse. Maybe you can have Justice if your are a Mason?
I didn't see a Prince Hall Lodge in Shelby, so maybe black people are just out of luck here altogether.

Well, it WOULD be a nice old farmhouse, if not for all the weird stuff!
Kids thought the pears were tasty, but we had to run away.

She did donuts in our field at one point, just to show us who's boss. Perhaps she doesn't care that animals needed to eat that?

Shelby seemed like a nice town...on the surface!

A "scared" woman calls the police on a man taking a photograph from the road.

The scared woman and her protector pursues the man who is scaring her!

The scared woman pursues the scary man and menaces him with her cell phone camera.
Her protector tries to tempt the landowner with a safe background, but
landowner is not carrying and prefers to walk away anyhow.

Conclusions
In case you were wondering, I did give all of those involved in the rip-off multiple chances to repent. They all acted like they were stone monuments, or perhaps God has hardened their hearts like Pharoah's. When I told them the story would have to be published, some of them acted scared, and acted like I was threatening them with bodily harm. I believe it is an American's right (and duty) to expose bad people, and that it is courteous to give them a chance to quit and find honest employment before having to expose their actions to an indignant public.
But in their twisted moralities, a person is apparently supposed to be robbed, assaulted, and keep their mouth shut or else they will be victimized even more by their brand of Justice.

The people of Cleveland seemed pretty good to me, or at least they had nice manners. But the problem is that good people often have a hard time imagining how bad the bad people can be. They don't want to imagine that bad people could act in unison, engaging in evil actions, on purpose - and that they can all play innocent at the same time with a straight face.

More than one lawyer has claimed that they couldn't do anything bad without getting in big trouble from their association, that precious Bar Association. I know of a lawyer who molested a client in his office, and it was reported to the bar. As there was little doubt that he DID do so, he was basically told not to do it again.

For some reason, people are determined to believe that people with authority will do the right thing, or other people in authority will hold them accountable. I say that to believe this, in the face of overwhelming evidence, is a fierce determination to have Faith in human institutions. Everyone knows that there is a strong streak of corruption persecuting our Country's Government, yet it is rather rare that anyone with authority gets locked up.

Or perhaps people's determination to believe in fairness and justice is a Fear of the obvious reality. The Bible says that in the end, people will worship the Beast of Prey, which is clearly a human government. What is worship? It is Faith, adoration, praise, and Fear. The Bible says to Fear God. Some people say that they don't want a God that they have to fear, they won't believe in that. And yet many government employees want you to Fear and Obey their employer..which they do not recognize as you, the taxpayer, but the group of those who occupy positions of authority. Stop and think about how many times you have been told to be afraid of some element of your representative government.

When I complain to people about the rip-off, they tell me that there are Good People in the government of Cleveland. I don't doubt that there are some decent folk there, I just allege that they don't work in the vicinity of those who are bad. I don't see how a good person could witness this type of stuff and continue to work in such an environment. Many positions, such as at perhaps the water facility or janitorial services, are not surrounded by evil actions every day, but I have a hard time believing that those who bear daily witness to injustice can be good people.

I do know, however, that bad people can go on and on about their innocence and integrity with crocodile tears. It is easy for bad people to take advantage of Christian naivety, and it seems that we are at the point where many people say "there's nothing we can do" about our Country being flushed down the toilet. You decide.

If you are wondering, yes, I did call various parts of North Carolina's government to get the situation resolved. Not only did most of them act helpless to resolve it, but the governor's assistant basically refused to even pass on the message and told me to hire a lawyer.

In closing, I'd like to say that some people pray and are disconcerted that they don't get what they want. I have been tricked into praying for good things to happen to bad people, and I say that it is good that prayers don't always go through. Some people would have prayed that these people would have given our money back already, but if that had happened, then you would not be receiving this warning right now. Now that you know, perhaps you can protect yourself.
