I have been TAUGHT that Title Insurance is a big waste of money. When this deal started, I BELIEVED I would be insured from day one. I had been trained to believe that if I hired a lawyer, realtor and paid for Title Insurance, then nothing could go wrong.

I was SUPER-WRONG. I was shown a "commitment" from Investor's Title. I paid the fee for the insurance. And yet the lawyer refused to send them the check for weeks. I told Investor's Title about this, but they seemed fine with it. If I recall, they even repeated the lawyer's ridiculous story about the mail being particularly slow. Once the lawyer did send the check (after I was sued), Investor's Title delivered some ridiculous lawyer-talk about how they weren't going to do anything. They repeated the story from the people who wanted to grab the real estate. When I suggested that they do no further business with the lawyer who closed the deal, that was apparently ignored as well. I believe they consider him to be a valued Business Partner.

Didn't you BELIEVE that Title Insurance would protect the Deed that you paid for? I did. Investor's Title wouldn't give a refund, even though I had asked for the money back. After all, it looks to me like their business is a scam. But they would not even give the money back. They pocketed it. It looks to me like Investor's Title is run by lawyers. Are you sure you should trust them? I just called them today (Mar 21) and was pestered with the usual lawyer psychology. Lawyer types would like to guide you into the land of emotive helplessness, about how you are just "upset", or that you are "disappointed", or that they "hear your frustration". I am used to the tricks of lawyers and banksters. I have learned enough not to be distracted by all of the high-sounding legalistic yappety yap that they try to mystify ignorant people with.

I have spoken to many Realtors and government employees about this situation. Even they BELIEVED that title insurance would cover this. If even the Realtors Believe, what else could the customer Believe? Aren't the Realtors guilty for tricking the public into worthless title insurance?

Let us live in reality. Don't waste time listening to the lazy parasites who do no real work while pocketing your money, all while telling you stories about how many people they have "helped", and about how innocent and honest lawyers are. People who tell you that are taking you for a fool, making fun of you while their industry association gang sings a chorus and laughs behind your back. Crocodile tears galore, to be guzzled by the gallon by simple folk.
