I am a computer guy who put tech aside and spent years homesteading on a mountain in West Virginia.
I built a farm and a house with my own hands - there was no labor available there. My health was damaged from working 7 days a week in all weather. We sold the farm and spent the money in Cleveland County. You can see what happened. The special people have ensured that we cannot sell it, our money was locked up in that property. I sold the property to an LLC of Virginia that I am associated with, in order to have protection of the laws of Virginia, prior to running away from Cleveland. It did not matter who else was involved with the company, jursidictional rules were ignored. It was as Begley said, whoever owned it was going to get sued for it. And so they ended up with an order to grab from whoever had a claim - me, the wife, and the company.
Do you think someone who has done actual labor to the point of hurting themselves should be fleeced bare by the people you saw on this site? Should my family be impoverished by these people? One of your government employees has told me that there are "many resources" to feed us. In other words, I believe they are saying that I should get Help from their associates in the government handouts department to compensate for the losses we sustained from the government grab department. I think you can see how perverse that would be.

Also, if you feel like contacting any of the people who discomfited us, to tell them to get their hands out of our pockets, feel free to do so. I personally think the Title Insurer, Investor's Title is to blame, but that's just my personal opinion. They wouldn't even refuse to do business with the lawyer in the future!
I would also like to remind you that the court order says I am supposed to pay the grabbers court costs. Just think about that. Do we pay taxes for this kind of treatment?
